TLDR: My experience with Marianne’s was great - smooth and competent work and the recipient described the arrangement as gorgeous.I had initially found a different online florist and after ordering Saturday for a Sunday delivery, woke up to 14 missed calls and voicemails and 5 emails about their inability to fulfill the order as pictured with substitution requests.
